Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions teams ask most. Everything here comes from the site itself; the binding details are always in your written quote.

Can I buy a single pair?

Not through the site. theinfinitysocks.com is not an online shop: nothing can be bought or paid for here. Infinity socks are made to order for teams, in runs of 100 pairs or more, through the Team Kit Room. If you are an individual player, write to us at hello@theinfinitysocks.com.

What sizes do the socks come in?

Two sizes, covering EU 39–46: M ≈ EU 39–42 (foot 20 cm, leg 20 cm) and L ≈ EU 43–46 (foot 22 cm, leg 21 cm). In the Team Kit Room you choose one size for the whole run or a size per player.

How much do team socks cost?

Indicative prices per pair: €9.90 for 100 pairs, €8.90 for 200 pairs and €7.90 for 300 pairs or more. DIMES LTD is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Delivery costs, and customs duties where applicable, are stated in the quote. The binding price is always the one in our written quote.

What is the minimum order?

100 pairs per run. The configurator counts pairs across the whole roster, so ten players with ten pairs each already reach the minimum.

How does ordering work?

  1. Configure the run in the Team Kit Room: colourway, order type, initials, sizes, quantity and payment option.
  2. Send the request with your contact details. It is not an order and nothing is paid at this point.
  3. We reply within one business day to confirm feasibility and send a written quote.
  4. You accept the quote in writing and we confirm the order. Production starts after the agreed payment has been received.

How do I pay?

Two options in the configurator: a 50% deposit with the balance due before shipping, or payment in full with 5% off the whole run. Nothing is paid on the site, and nothing is charged before we have confirmed the final quote with you.

How long do production and delivery take?

The production and delivery time is stated in your quote, because it depends on the quantity, colours and initials of the run. Delays outside our control, such as carriers or customs, do not give a right to cancel, but we keep you informed.

Can we have our team’s colours and initials?

Yes. Choose the colourway from the yarn catalogue — the on-screen preview is approximate and we confirm the final shade with you before production — and add each player’s initials: two letters, embroidered at the ankle, never printed on. The ∞ stays on the back. You confirm that you have the right to use any name, initials, logo or other mark you ask us to put on the product.

Can I change or cancel an order?

A request is not an order; nothing binds you until you accept the written quote. Once production has started, a custom order cannot be changed or cancelled, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification. If something arrives defective or not as agreed, tell us within 14 days with photos and we will repair, replace or refund the affected items. See the Terms and conditions.

Who tested the socks?

Professional players of BC Cherno More: Lamont West (forward) and Alonzo Gaffney (#0) speak in the video testimonials on the home page. The videos are real recordings of real players giving their own opinions, colour-graded and trimmed, not generated or altered by AI.

Are the images on the site real?

The 3D sock is built from photographs of the real sock, and the testimonials are real. The opening film, the hero image, the technology close-ups, the pouch images and the footer loop are AI-generated illustrations of the product and its atmosphere. The full list is in the AI transparency statement.

Who is behind Infinity Socks?

DIMES LTD (ДАЙМЗ ЕООД), company number 208795517, Dobrich, Bulgaria, represented by Georgi Tsonev. Contact: hello@theinfinitysocks.com. Full details are in the Legal notice.

Who are the socks for, and why is the site in English?

Infinity socks are made for basketball teams and players — starting in Bulgaria, where professional players of BC Cherno More tested them, and from there across the region: Romania, Serbia, Greece and beyond. The site is in English so that one site serves every market and every player on a roster, local and international alike.

Is the site accessible?

The site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 at Level AA and is partially conformant: the opening film can be skipped, motion can be paused, the testimonials have captions and everything works with the keyboard. Known limitations and how to reach us are in the Accessibility statement.
