Who we are

What the site is

The site presents Infinity performance basketball socks and lets teams configure a custom run in the Team Kit Room. It is not an online shop: nothing can be bought or paid for on the site.

Requests, quotes and orders

• Sending a request from the Team Kit Room is not an order and does not bind you or us. We reply to confirm feasibility and send a written quote.
• Prices, totals and deposits shown on the site are indicative. The binding price, quantity, payment terms and delivery time are the ones in our written quote.
• A contract is formed only when you accept the quote in writing and we confirm the order. Production starts after the agreed payment has been received.
• DIMES LTD is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Delivery costs, customs duties and taxes, where applicable, are stated in the quote.

Custom-made products

• Team socks are made to order to your specification: colours, initials, sizes and quantity.
• The on-screen preview is an approximation. Yarn shades, embroidery and placement may differ slightly from what you see on your display; we confirm the final shade with you before production.
• You confirm that you have the right to use any name, initials, logo or other mark you ask us to put on the product, and you are responsible for claims arising from their use.
• Once production has started, a custom order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Delivery, defects and returns

• The production and delivery time is stated in the quote. Delays outside our control (carriers, customs) do not entitle you to cancel, but we will keep you informed.
• Check the goods on delivery. If something is defective or not what was agreed, tell us at [email protected] within 14 days with photos, and we will repair, replace or refund the affected items.
• If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights under Bulgarian and EU consumer law are not affected. Under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications.

Intellectual property

The Infinity name and logo, the site design, texts, images, videos, 3D models and code belong to DIMES LTD or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site; you may not copy, reuse or republish its content without our written consent.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no automated submission of the request form. We may block access that harms the site or other users.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the site, from temporary unavailability, or from reliance on indicative prices and previews. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. We will always try to settle a dispute directly with you first: write to [email protected]. Failing that, the competent Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers in their country of residence. Consumers may also turn to the Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg).

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page on the date of your request or order is the one that applies to it.
